We are starting our 11th year! Our Scottsdale Based Catering Company is of the belief that our customers’ needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
Unique Luxury Catering & Event Planning is an ideal special gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or to impress that special client. We prefer  to limit our service to groups of 6 to 60  enabling us to give the ultimate in quality and service.

Our Chef

Steve Rogan, our Executive Chef, has been working in the Food Industry as a Restaurant Owner, Operator, Personal Chef  and Private Chef, Executive Chef, Caterer, and Promoter since 1973. His Barbecue restaurant, “Dem Bonz” was chosen in the top 5 of all Barbecues in Southern California by Elmer Dills, ABC News Channel food critic. Jan D’Atri also shared his delightful Potato Salad recipe in the Scottsdale Republic. He has appeared at the Scottsdale Culinary Festival and other venues throughout the valley.  He most recently worked as the Personal Chef for a High Profile Celebrity and family in Paradise Valley. His expertise and attention to detail has gained him recognition from his peers as well as his customers. Steve uses selected vendors to find the freshest and highest quality ingredients. He also uses creative techniques to produce the most delicious flavor profiles. His approach to fine dining is simple…Consistent, Flavorful, and Fresh and Exceptional Ingredients/ Meticulous Execution! All of our chefs adhere to these standards.

Adequate kitchen facilities are necessary.
China, flatware, and theme decorating is available upon request.

Our culinary product is the cornerstone of the catering. We take pride in using only the highest quality ingredients, sourcing local and seasonal whenever possible, and cooking all of our foods from scratch. Prepared on site or in our catering kitchen our food is always fresh and restaurant quality goodness! All custom menus created for our clients utilize fresh, seasonal and delicious produce and meats. Our chefs have personal relationships with all of the local farmers and food purveyors and incorporate their seasonal products into your custom menu whenever possible. From artisan cheeses to seasonal vegetables and citrus and local oils.

From plated sit down dinners, cocktail hours with hand passed hors d’oeuvres, family style meals or interactive food stations, our chefs will create a menu that your guests will talk about for years. All of our recipes are made from scratch with a focus on the freshest, most seasonal ingredients available. Our team is constantly connecting seasonal and local foods with innovative menu ideas.
